Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC Pink: AMFE), the parent company of Snakes & Lattes Inc., Snakes & Lattes Publishing SAS and Morning game publisher, have missed the quarterly report filing deadline for the period ending in September. The company said the delay was caused by financial audits taking longer than expected. The company submitted the audits in preparation for an up-listing from the OTC Pink to the OTCQB Venture Market.
Snakes & Lattes have been busy with expansion plans, opening their first US based retail location on October 12th in Tempe, Arizona. The company has indicated that other expansions are possible for Las Vegas, Charlotte, Denver, Fort Collins and Houston.
The company ventured into publishing this year with the formation of Snakes & Lattes Publishing SAS. It acquired Morning, a French game publisher, in an all-cash offer this May. The companies debuted the game IKAN at the International Spieltage in Essen, Germany. They also presented the prototypes of the game called BUURN, as well as taking preorders of Kill The Unicorns and Red Panda.
Distribution continues to drive revenue. The company announced in September they had acquired the exclusive Canadian distribution rights for the Bananagrams line of products, including Bananagrams, Bananagrams (French Edition), Bananagrams Big Letter, Fluff, My First BNG, Qwordie and Scrawl.
It also announced in September that the Distribution/Fulfillment/Logistics Division of Snakes & Lattes completed over 40 campaigns for various customers. The distribution division shipped over 10,000+ games, generating revenues in excess of $200,000 USD from those orders.
